I. Carpet Cleaning
We offer two methods of carpet cleaning;
Steam Cleaning (Hot water extraction), and Encapsulation Cleaning (A drier method usually for commercial carpets).

B. Encapsulation Cleaning includes:

2. Pre-conditioning with high grade polymer encapsulation pre-spray.
3. Cylindrical Brush Agitation to loosen soil without nap distortion.
4. Pre & Post-Spotting to remove stubborn spots.
5. Air drying to ready carpet for vacuuming.
6. Vacuuming with Hepa-Filtra commercial vacuums to remove loosened and encapsulated soil.
7. Post-Inspection walkthrough to be sure we've addressed your needs.
8. Follow-up Call to ensure your satisfaction days later.

Proper application of a high-quality fiber protector will help to ensure years of continued performance, making spills easier to remove, making vacuuming more effective and thus elevating the beauty and extending the life of your carpet and upholstery investments. Our product, "Maxim Advanced Stain & Soil Protector" is the World's most advanced topical protector and uses the same technology that carpet mills use when making a stain resistant carpet fiber. This fine product is applied according to manufacturer's specifications using electric sprayers to maximize their effectiveness.

2. "Health" Treatment
Our special anti-bacterial treatment helps create a fresh, healthy indoor environment by controlling allergens, bacteria, viruses and mildew in the home. Lightly scented, fragrance free or anti-allergen products are available.

Imagine "Steam Cleaned" carpets that are dry in minutes instead of hours or days! Our special "Downdraft Fans" enable us to get carpets dry in 30 to 90 minutes! Great for homes with kids or pets, or that emergency move in!

Includes pre-inspection, pre-treatment with proper cleaning solutions for material type and soil conditions, hand agitation, neutral ph high pressure rinse and extraction.

B. Stone and / or Grout Sealing
Sealers are selected to match material type and client objectives. Impregnating sealers, color enhancing sealers, natural or gloss sealers are available. These fine products are applied according to manufacturer's recommendations to provide maximum performance and ease of care.

Please note: Our carpet cleaning processes utilize high quality, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions that are safe on all stain resistant carpets and will not void their warranties or lessen their stain resistant properties. All work is done by IICRC certified professionals only. Drying times vary, but carpets generally are dry in 2-8 hours or 30-90 minutes with speed drying. Restoration work is also available for special needs such as pet stains and/or odor, dye or bleach stain treatment. Restoration work rates are $165.00 per hour plus materials.
